Can Vitamins Increase Your Health and Vitality?

If you do not have the foundations of good health, like a good diet, regular exercise, keeping up your spiritual and emotional health and reducing your toxic load, no supplements are going to help you very much. But if you do have a good healthy foundation, do you still need vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements? Now supplement companies that make millions of dollars every year on them may want you to believe otherwise, but synthetic vitamins do not provide all the co-factors or the nutrients necessary for your body to fully utilize that supplement. In fact, since the co-factors are missing, the body often has to take them from somewhere else in order to make the synthetic vitamin work. But this can create serious shortages of these co-factors, and may cause further problems.
