I was just curious, but do you have to be a certain age to be able to buy supplements like omega 3 or a multivitamin from the store? Like Wal*mart or Walgreens or CVS. Okay I’m not curious but I’m 16 and I want to buy some biotin pills, so yeah do I have to be 18 or what?

A lot of times you do, like ones for weight loss or energy… but for the pure supplements (vitamins) you shouldn’t have to be. Wal-Mart hasn’t asked me yet when I buy mine.
