I’d be very cautious over Swanson vitamins. Their vitamins are so cheap, that it makes me wonder about them.
Cheaper brands have been found to not really contain the amounts that the label says. Swanson sells calcium citrate & magnesium supplements that have supposedly the exact same amounts as Twin Labs version but at less than 1/5 the cost. Am I to believe that a well known company like Twin Labs would be undersold by that much? I am thinking Swanson isn’t being truthful in their labeling.

About to make my first order, put them in Google, and then saw this video, so I thought I’d check it out.
It was between Swanson and Puritans Pride. While Swanson didn’t beat PP on every price (PP has lots of 2 for 1 deals), overall they were cheaper, and now I can see why. Everything is automated, so they’ve drastically cut labor costs. They only have to pay people to do QC, or to fix the machines if they break down.
Anyway, if all turns out ok they’ll have a customer for a long time.
