there are supplements that promote eye health but they are not necessary.
and after the surgery what vision you get back during the recovery process is what vision will return. no pill is going to magically give you full sight again.

honestly i would just go about your daily life. follow your eye dr’s instructions as to what to do and not do and go to the appointments as scheduled to make sure that the retina remains stable.

i’m 23 and i’ve had 4 detached retinas (twice in each eye) i’m now blind in my left eye but luckily i can still see out of my right eye.

For general eye health you can probably take a good multivitamin that provides what you may need, but Bausch & Lomb and other companies have put together capsules that support eye health also.

Omega 3, Lutein, Vitamin A, Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B2, Zinc, Copper & Bilberry Extract.
