I think would be better to focus on the natural side of nutrition cause thats something your body can absorb and work with very easy.
Also lets keep in mind you cant leave your life thinking it is the key of good body. Work out routine , discipline and good food, natural, fresh, lots of fish, meat, chicken, veggies, grains… not capsules … I am a nurse and I know all those pills wont make you a super star if you stop them. But good quality food will.

I just had to take a 6 month break from training and now I’m ready to start again. In the past, I’ve always had great results from creatine, but I was wondering. Since I’m coming off such a long break, would it be a good Idea to lay off the creatine until I hit my first plateau? When I come back after a long break, I get good results anyway for the first few months.

  25. foreverhung says:

    You need low GI …
You need low GI carbs pre-workout (an apple, oats, wholemeal bread etc.) along with a whey protein shake, as it contains BCAA’s and glutamine which will stop muscle breakdown and are depleted from the body during your workout. If taking creatine, only have it post-workout as this is when your body absorbs the most of it.
